If you have lost something in either the Theme Park or at the Thorpe Shark Cabins, please let us know as soon as possible. The easiest way to let us know is by completing our lost property form.
- All lost property is only kept for 1 month and there is a postage charge for the return of items. We try to reunite items as soon as possible.
- Due to the volume of enquiries we receive regarding Lost Property, we will only respond to guests whose item/s have been found as per the information provided via email.
