How to apply for a carer ticket refund:
- Carers are entitled to free entry to the theme park/Waterpark when booking a short break. No discount is available for the accommodation or extras. You can apply for a carer refund by visiting Manage My Booking. When you have logged in using your booking reference, please click on 'carer ticket refund request'.
- Guests with a disability pay the standard entry fee and are eligible to one free helper if they are unable to manage independently. Any further members of the party will pay full price, on some packages/offers carers discount is not eligible - we will make sure you are aware of this at the time of booking. Ride Access Pass:
- We offer a Ride Access Pass to guests who may find it difficult to queue, or cannot stand for long periods of time, either due to a physical disability or a learning/emotional impairment. All Ride Access Pass applications must be completed online, at least 7 days before your visit. Our recommended documentation for a Ride Access Pass is an Access Card which can be obtained on this link. On the day registration will no longer be available at our Theme Parks.
