Government Guidelines update as of Monday 14th September 2020:
We ask that all of our guests keep up to date with the latest government information to understand what this means for their personal circumstances.

We will assume that all guests arriving at Thorpe Park Resort are compliant with government guidelines.

In line with the latest Government guidance, we are delighted to confirm that Thorpe Park Resort is now open and we can’t wait to welcome you back.

As the first step of a phased reopening of Thorpe Park Resort, we will be resuming operations on 4th July with a number of rides, activities and experiences open.

Our phased reopening plans are in accordance with recent updates from the Government in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus. We will reopen under limited capacity with pre-booked tickets only and will continue to assess these responses on a daily basis.

Our resort hotel will also reopen but will be taking a limited number of bookings in line with our attraction capacity numbers.

The health and safety of our guests and staff is always our number one priority and to keep everyone safe, we’ll be introducing a number of additional hygiene and safety measures including the need for all guests to bring a mask.  Please click here for more information.

How do I redeem my voucher?

If your stay was impacted by a Covid-19 park closure and you have been issued with a voucher then your voucher can be redeemed online via Manage My Booking for stays up to and including 3rd July 2021. All Vouchers must be redeemed before 8th November 2020.

When redeeming your voucher the party composition, accommodation type and any additional add-ons must stay the same where applicable.

My booking is for a date after the 3rd July 2020, can I still contact you?

We anticipate high email volumes over the next few days and prioritising guests who are due to stay in the next seven days, so if you want to make a booking the quickest and best way to do that is to visit our website or if you have questions about an existing booking you can visit our Help Centre for all the up to date information.
